You are strongly advised to use the bus transfer service reserved by the organisers. This choice will greatly simplify your journey to Gargnano.

  • Conference bus transfer service

    On Sunday, March 19 (expected arrival day), there is a bus transfer service for conference participants, from Milan Central Railway station (Milano, Stazione Centrale) to Gargnano.

    It will leave at 3.00 pm and stop at Milano Orio al Serio (Bergamo) airport at around 4.00 pm.

    • Milano, Stazione Centrale : 3.00 pm.
    • Milano Orio al Serio (Bergamo) airport : 4.00 pm.
    • Gargnano, Palazzo Feltrinelli : 6.30 pm.


    On Thursday, March 23 (expected departure day), there will be a bus tranfer service from Gargnano (9.00 am) to Milano Orio al Serio (Bergamo) airport (around 12.30 pm) and Milano, Stazione Centrale (around 1.30 pm).

    • Gargnano, Palazzo Feltrinelli : 9.00 am.
    • Milano Orio al Serio (Bergamo) airport : 12.30 pm.
    • Milano, Stazione Centrale : 1.30 pm.
    Meeting Points
    The conference bus will bear the trademark Locatelli. One of the organisers will be onboard.

    To locate the conference bus in Milano, Stazione Centrale, go out from the main exit, turn left, walk along the station building, turn left again around the corner, and find the bus at one of the bus stands.

    To locate the conference bus in Orio al Serio Bergamo airport, just go out from the arrival gate; the bus will be parked outside.

  • How to reach Milano, Stazione Centrale from Milano Malpensa airport

    Tickets can be bought at Airport 2000 (arrivals floor) or on the bus.

  • How to reach Milano, Stazione Centrale from Milano Linate airport

    Bus to Milano, Stazione Centrale
    Departure from: arrivals floor
    Timetable: from 6.05 am to 11.45 pm Every day, every 30 minutes
    Price: 3.00 €
    Tickets can be bought at Agenzia Starfly Linate or on the bus.

  • How to reach Gargnano without the conference bus transfer service

    From Milano, Stazione Centrale, take a train to Brescia.
    The trip Milano-Brescia is approximately 60'.

    From Milano Orio al Serio Bergamo airport, take a bus to Bergamo, Stazione FS (the railway station) and then take a train to Brescia.
    The trip Bergamo-Brescia is approximately 50'.

    Another option is to arrive at Verona airport, take the airbus to Verona, Stazione FS Porta Nuova (the railway station), and then take a train to Brescia.
    The trip Verona-Brescia is approximately 45'.

    Once you are in Brescia, get out of the station, turn left and find the bus Terminal SIA.
    There take a bus to Gargnano.
    Timetable on Sundays: 08.05 am, 08.45 am, 09.00 am, 10.00 am, 10.55 am, 12.10 pm, 1.15 pm, 2.10 pm, 3.10 pm, 4.10 pm, 5.10 pm, 6.10 pm.
    The trip Brescia-Gargnano is approximately 90'.

    The conference will be held in Palazzo Feltrinelli, Via Castello 3.
    From the bus stop you can reach it on foot crossing the centre of town. Gargnano is truly small: the walk is about 10 minutes at a comfortable pace.
